Process Flow 

 Step 1: Unstructured PDF audit requests are securely stored in AWS S3. 

Step 2: AWS Textract performs OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and data extraction from the PDFs. 

Step 3: AWS Lambda automates the processing of extracted data. 

Step 4: Amazon DynamoDB stores the data in a NoSQL database for quick access and management. 

Step 5: AWS Glue conducts ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations to prepare data for analysis. 

Step 6 & 7: Amazon QuickSight analyzes the data and integrates it, enabling real-time analytics and reporting. 

 

Technology Stack

Cloud Pro AI deployed a comprehensive AWS-powered solution comprising several key AWS services to meet the client's needs: 

1. AWS S3 and AWS Textract for Document Handling: We utilized Amazon S3 for secure document storage and AWS Textract for optical character recognition (OCR) and data extraction from PDF documents. This step significantly reduced the need for manual data entry. 

 2. AWS Lambda for Automation: AWS Lambda's serverless computing was employed to automate the data processing workflow. Lambda functions were triggered by S3 events, processing the extracted data and performing preliminary validations. 

 3. Amazon DynamoDB and AWS Glue for Data Management: To manage and analyze the extracted data, we integrated Amazon DynamoDB for its fast and flexible NoSQL database capabilities, along with AWS Glue for efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations. This setup facilitated seamless data integration and analysis. 

 4. Amazon QuickSight for Analytics and Reporting: Leveraging Amazon QuickSight, we provided the client with real-time analytics and visualizations of audit outcomes, enhancing decision-making processes.
